We want you to love your Purr & Thread order! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

SHIPPING

All of our items are made to order just for you. This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is crafted with care.

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping Time (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color preferences.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.

Eligible Issues:
• Damaged items
• Printing defects
• Incorrect item received

How to Start a Return or Replacement:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Processing:
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale or clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
